Headaches
Usually peppermint helps with my headaches, so I was surprised it didn't work this time, although it did take the edge off. I then reached for the oil blend my husband uses for his headaches, "Past Tense," and to my surprise it didn't work again. I called my friend Jade and she told me that sometimes you have to experiment a little and find the cause of the headache to know which oil to try. She mentioned that it could be stress and to massage Lavender on my feet. Within 5 minutes I was going about my day with the kids and my headache was gone! Yea! I learned a good lesson - it's okay to try different oils and if one doesn't work, try another. It's not like medicine where if you take one you have to wait a 4-6 hours before attempting something else.
Asthma
My friend is an ER nurse and loves that this is the first winter she hasn't had to use her nebulizer through the whole season. I asked her what she was doing and she said she just uses Breathe in her hands and inhales, and puts it in her diffuser. It's comforting to use Breathe because she knows it is NOT weakening her lungs like many medications.
Allergies
My sweet aunt called me at 7 am and said "I'm sorry if I woke you, but I have to tell you what's happened!" I was a a little worried something was wrong until she told me that Breathe has been her life savor. She hasn't even needed to use her allergy medicine. She just gets her Breathe Oil, applies a drop in her hand, rubs them together and then cups her hand over her mouth/nose and inhales. It's amazing for her to be able to "Breath" so well. It helps clear her congestion, sinus pain, and coughing.

Heartburn
For years my mom has had to constantly clear her throat for about 30 minutes after a meal. She's not in any pain, but it's annoying to her (and my dad) and it also makes her self concious at work. Prilosec, which treats heartburn was kind of helpful, but then we discovered the essential oil DigestZen. It WORKES great! Wow, she takes 1 or 2 drops down the back of her throat after a meal and voila. Sometimes she clears her throat for a few minutes, but not for 30 minutes - she and my dad are happily amazed!
There are many uses for DigestZen - here are a few: Heartburn, Bloating and Cramps, Diarrhea and Digestive issues, Congestion (by diffusing), food poisoning, and Nausea. Let me know if your interested in more info and I can help you.

Natural Antihistamine for Alleriges
My husband and daughter have really bad outdoor allergies. My husband got an allergy test once and the allergist said he was allergic to every plant and shrub west of the Mississippi, that's only because he doesn't live on the East side!
Allegra makes him feel loopy, Benadryl makes him sleepy and Clariton makes him ornery. So, when allergy season hit, he was willing to try a "natural antihistamine"
In a capsule I combined 3 drops of lavendar, 3 drops of peppermint, and 3 drops of lemon. His itchy, watery eyes, sneezing, and congestion totally calmed down. He couldn't believe it and said, "Well, if it happens again, then I'll believe it." It did happen again and again - yea! The only problem is that he said he burped up lavender!
Emily can't swallow a capsule, so I made a roller bottle with 10 drops of each oil and filled the rest up with coconut oil. Now I just rub in on her feet in the morning and night and it's working great for her!
